Welcome to TheTravelGuy.in Tours website ("Site"). The purpose of this site is to help clients create custom trips that are carefully designed to provide a unique adventure like no other. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "TheTravelGuy.in Tours" refer to TheTravelGuy.in a Kozhikode-Kerala company. The term "you", "customer" or "passenger" means a customer who visits or uses the website and makes a reservation through our customer service agent.

Registration and payment

A deposit of 50% is required upon booking. We accept payment for your deposit by credit card, certified check, wire transfer or money order. Deadline 90 days before departure. If the reservation is made within 90 days of departure, the full price of the trip must be paid at confirmation.

Cancellation

Cancellations of all confirmed reservations are subject to an administration fee of INR 3500 per person. In addition, customers are subject to cancellation fees assessed by service providers, including hotels, trains or airlines, in the itinerary. Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to departure will receive a full refund less INR 3500 per person. 60-89 days the deposit (50% of the travel price) may be lost. 30-59 days, 60% of the program price is forfeited. 29 days or less is 90% of the program price.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance that covers expenses in the event of cancellation due to illness or accident. Baggage insurance is also recommended. If you have to cancel your travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be your only source of compensation. TheTravelGuy.in Tours is currently only authorized to sell travel insurance to US passport holders residing in the US. By purchasing travel insurance from TheTravelGuy.in Tours, customers represent that they hold a US passport and reside in the US, and TheTravelGuy.in Tours disclaims all liability for customer mistakes or errors. Passports and visas

A valid passport is required to travel to most destinations. Check with the relevant consulate or embassy for the latest visa requirements.

Baggage

Weight restrictions may apply on domestic flights. Baggage and personal belongings are the owner"s responsibility for the duration of the travel program. Check with the airline for other baggage restrictions on domestic and international flights. 6. Changes Prices are based on current exchange rates, tariffs and taxes. TheTravelGuy.in Tours reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes and to reflect fluctuations in currency markets. Promotional photography
